Terms & Conditions

When you purchase from lineadesign.co.uk, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our delivery team will call you to book your delivery in with you.

Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 1-2 days. Next day delivery can be arranged if needed. For next day deliver orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 12pm. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivers are subject to stock.

The charge for delivery will be based on post code location and also the weight of the product. During the checkout process you will be asked to input your post code, this will then calculate your delivery charge. Alternatively you can collect the goods from one of our warehouses, just ask. Please note this is subject availability in your local warehouse.
Due to insurance guild lines all  deliveries are made to kerb side at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. You must arrange for adequate help to off load the flooring, the driver can not help move the flooring into your home. As deliveries can be made by a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier’s discretion.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign or you refuse delivery you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge when applicable. 
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

Receipt of your goods / Signing for:

When your receive your order, please ensure the quantities match what you ordered. To guarantee customer satisfaction, please make note of the following when receiving your order.
Visually inspect the condition and entirety of your delivery, make sure to note missing items or damaged materials. The order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the pallet and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.

Prior To use:

Please ensure that you inspect your goods prior to installation and that the goods are correct as per your order and that you are happy with the appearance and quality. Once the installation has started no claims for incorrect goods will be accepted.
It is also the responsibility of the person installing the floor to de-select any faulty of damaged boards prior to the installation as no claims for faulty of damaged boards can be accepted after the installation.

Damaged Faulty Goods

Any damaged goods MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note; we will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.

Cancellations and Returns

Here at lineadesign.co.uk we use several delivery methods, our own vehicles, or outside carriers being Parcel companies or Pallet carriers. If in the event you are not entirely happy the following policy will be adhered to: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the “Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations” a guide of which can be found at:
If goods have not been dispatched (sent) we will refund you the full invoice amount within 14 working days of notification.

If you have taken delivery for your goods you must return the goods to us at your own expense following our authorization. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt. We will then refund the order in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement.

Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs or restocking fees whether charged or not.
Deliveries are calculated by weight and delivery location.
If the courier arrives at your address and you refuse to delivery and cancel the order you will be liable for any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs whether charged or not.
All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 14 days of cancellation. 

Returns and cancellations can not be accepted on special order products.

If any products are ordered and you later realise they are the incorrect size and you are wanting to return the doors, we can arrange for the doors to be collected as long as they are brand new packed. However there will be a  20% restocking fee and a delivery charge.

The price shown for the goods excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. This will be added as you go through the checkout and before you make your purchase.

Product Guarantee

Product guarantees are listed against the products, correct use of the products and circumstances of there use are the basis of any product guarantee. Guarantees are covered by the manufacturers and will be dealt with by them.


We offer a sampling service – this entails a pack being opened and cut into jiffy bag pieces and dispatched on request. No pre-selection takes place with samples, as such boards you receive may vary in colour and grading of the wood. Being a natural product shade variations will apply. 

Internet Pictures

Whilst every effort is made to use a photograph as close to the real item as possible, some screens and browsers affect the colour of the picture displayed. Please use our sample service for confidence.


To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.


The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Coupon Codes

We reserve the right to withdraw a coupon code without notice. We also reserve the right to reject any order which has used a coupon code incorrectly.

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express – all of which are safe & secure for you and for us.

Pricing and Availability

All products ordered are subject to availability. Whilst all endeavours are made to ensure the stock available on the website is true and accurate, some stock in our distribution centre may be damaged or short dated. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible if all or part of your order is unable to be fulfilled, due to any errors in the stock shown as available on the website.
Prices quoted on the website may vary time to time and are liable to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have been checkout and/or paid for.
However, if you have items in your basket and have not checked out, the prices will be updated as you complete the check-out process. Despite our best efforts, some products on our website may be incorrectly priced (either due to human or technical error). In the event of any obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch an refund any monies paid to us.
The prices shown will be including VAT.

Accuracy and Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
